10 Weeks

It's been a long time since my last post and we have been busy, or at least it seems that way in my little world. Evie passed the two month mark which meant doctor appointment and shots. The doctor says she is perfect, which we already knew, but it's nice to hear that she's right on track with her height and weight. She did great when she got her shots. She cried, of course, but calmed down quickly and was her usual self the rest of the day.



We've been having lots of playtime since she's awake more and more all the time.



I got the first big smile in the morning the day of Evie's doctor appointment. And she's been sharing that amazing grin with me and Daddy ever since. She got to share a couple of smiles with Grandpa and Grandma this past weekend as well.



I cannot get her to smile at the camera, but I'm sure she will soon enough.



Evie and Ripley are showing great signs of being the best of friends. Ripley is quick to respond anytime Evie starts to fuss and has to check on her every time he comes in from a walk.



Grandpa and Grandma came to visit this past weekend and both got in some good Evie time.
