On Tuesday, Dan decided to start a monthly adventure day and Evelyn loved the idea. We want to make these days a time for us to explore local places throughout different seasons and to just enjoy the beautiful place we live.
The first adventure day started out just Daddy and Evie, so there are no pictures. They went to one of the beaches on Long Lake just a few miles from our house and practiced throwing rocks off the dock into the water.
After that they stopped home and picked me up then we all headed out to Mission Point Lighthouse Park. It was a beautiful drive and gave us a chance to admire all the wonderful fall colors.
